PsyQuenza
About Us
PsyQuenza is at the forefront of revolutionising business strategies through the application of behavioural science.
Our journey is defined by a passion for understanding human behaviour and its impact on organisational dynamics.
We take pride in our multidisciplinary team of experts and associates who are dedicated to driving positive change through insightful analysis and innovative interventions. By delving deep into individual, team, systems and contextual elements of behaviour in the work environment, we offer unique approaches to behavioural change.
We value client-centricity, collaboration, integrity and impact.

Client Focus
The specific requirements of each individual client is at the heart of our focus. Drawing on behavioural economics and psychology, we develop interventions not limited to organisational climate and culture change, performance and retention, consumer responses, and wellness, to mention a few.
The interventions are carefully tailored to the specific needs within the organisation.
Our Story
At the start of our journey, heartfelt conversations with executives and seasoned managers laid the groundwork for our distinctive approach. These discussions, spanning decades, delved deep into the intricate tapestry of organisational challenges.
Our founding director, Prof Charlene Lew, impassioned by these dialogues, embarked on a mission to make behavioural change real. Drawing from her experience and insight, a master's level behavioural change elective was crafted, aimed at empowering students to forge change interventions within their own corporate realms.
Since 2023, our evolution has been marked by innovation and refinement. We've meticulously honed a collaborative business model and a suite of assessment tools finely attuned to the nuances of today's dynamic business landscape.
Following these developments, we now offer not just diagnosis, but impactful interventions. Our approach is holistic, embracing the entirety of each client's journey, and tailored, bespoke to the dimensions of their unique challenges.
